Solutions AYS — Solutions At Your Service. Founded in 2003 in Douglas, Georgia and headquartered today in Perry, Florida, we're a technology services and software development company that works with businesses and professionals across industries — often on the problems other firms have already given up on.
Our story
We started in 2003 in Douglas, Georgia, doing what we still do today — solving the technology problems that get in the way of people's actual work. Over time the business followed the work across the Southeast, and Perry, Florida became our headquarters. Two-plus decades in, the company has grown into two practices at once: a technology services arm that supports businesses and consumers, and a software development arm that builds the platforms and tools our clients can't find off the shelf.
Most of the work we're proudest of has come from one referral at a time. A hotel owner tells another hotel owner. A senior tells their neighbor. A trailer dealer tells the dealer down the road. That's how we've built a business that spans Florida, Georgia, and the rest of the Southeast — and increasingly, projects that reach further than that.
What we believe
Technology should serve the work, not the other way around.
Tools, platforms, and processes only matter to the extent they make the actual job easier. We start with the job.
If we can't solve it, we'll tell you.
We'd rather lose the work than take on something we can't finish well. There's a long line of clients who started with someone else and ended up with us — we don't intend to put anyone in the reverse position.

Our managed services work is built around being physically present in the places we serve, on a schedule that respects how those businesses actually run. The software work is built around understanding the operation before writing a line of code.
